l399 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the l399 platform, including all betting, casino, lottery, and gaming services offered at l399.app (the "Platform"). l399 is operated by its respective owners and is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and l399 ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and l399. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

To register and use the l399 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. l399 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not comply.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not be acting on behalf of another individual or any corporate entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep this information current at all times.
• You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and all associated accounts may be closed with balances forfeited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with l399, or be excluded from gambling under any applicable regulation.

l399 may require Users to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing any withdrawal request or at any other point at its sole discretion. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

l399 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via supported local payment methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in BDT and no foreign currency conversion is performed by l399. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure they are using a payment account registered in their own name.

Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for both deposits and withdrawals. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks are also accepted for withdrawals. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to update without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (or as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours for mobile wallets and 1-3 business days for bank transfers.
• l399 applies a zero-fee policy on standard withdrawals. Processing fees charged by your payment provider are the responsibility of the User.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that match the registered account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

l399 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending the completion of KYC verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, l399 will notify the User and may request supporting documentation.

All bets and wagers placed on the l399 Platform are subject to the rules of the relevant game or sport as determined by l399 and its licensed game and data providers. Cricket betting markets on l399 follow standard international cricket betting conventions, with specific rules for rain-affected matches, tied matches, and abandoned fixtures stated within the relevant market description.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on l399:

• Bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation or amendment is permitted after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• l399 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a manifest error in odds, game data, or system malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the User's account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game or sports market. l399 may cap winnings from a single bet at ৳5,000,000 unless otherwise stated.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to current market conditions. l399 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

Users of the l399 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets, harvest data, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to access or use your l399 account.

l399 employs technical and procedural controls to detect prohibited conduct. Where any of the above is detected or reasonably suspected, l399 may freeze account funds pending investigation. Funds determined to be proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity will not be returned.

l399 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity; it should never be seen as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. All content available on the l399 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of l399 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of l399. The l399 name and logo are trademarks of l399 and may not be used without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l399 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other commercial or financial losses, even if l399 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

l399 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. l399 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during any period of Platform unavailability, including losses arising from bets that could not be placed or amended due to a technical fault.

l399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date updated accordingly. Where changes are material, l399 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on their account. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. l399 operates on a best-efforts basis to resolve disputes informally through its customer support team in the first instance. Users who wish to raise a formal dispute should submit their complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue. l399 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a final resolution within 28 business days where possible.
